Damaged, Defective or Leaking Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or leaking, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email timurveleulov@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (and a photo if the item is damaged). We'll guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
